Heat is provided with electric baseboard or automatic propane furnace. All beds are double in size. Pillows, bedspreads and blankets are provided, but you will need to bring your own towels and bed linens (fitted sheets and pillow slips).

Each cottage has a deck, small lawn, parking area, and its own unique view of Casco Bay. All guests have free access to our privately owned beach, which is within walking distance. We have one and two bedroom cottages available, with reservations taken up to a year in advance.

Check in time is 3pm, and check out is 10am. Late check out may be subject to a $50 additional fee. Pillows and blankets are standard, but please note that we do not supply bed linens or towels. All cottages have full/double beds. We permit one vehicle per bedroom, per cottage. Please note occupancy limits per cabins (listed above). No tents, campers, or trailers are to be parked or set up cottages area (please check out our campground). One hundred dollar ($100.00) deposit to reserve a cottage. A deposit request will be sent in January, or if you rent after January, within 10 days of your reservation, so please be sure that any information you leave with us is complete and accurate.
